FSMTB will reserve hotel accommodations for ALL ATTENDEES. Reservations will be based on the arrival and departure dates provided to FSMTB on the registration form.
Flight Arrangements
FSMTB partners with Direct Travel (a travel management company) to simplify and enhance the travel experience. All registrants will be provided travel instructions in their registration confirmation email.
Airfare for executive directors/chief administrators and speakers will be ticketed by Direct Travel and paid by FSMTB.

The MBE Summit is designed for executive directors, chief administrative officers, and board staff from each state member board/agency to come together and discuss issues of mutual concern and share experiences and best practices that may benefit massage therapy regulators.
Yes. Additional board/agency staff may attend at the expense of the board/agency.
If the board executive director/chief administrator is unable to attend, they may designate a senior board staff member to attend instead and receive the benefits that the executive director/chief administrator would have received.

FSMTB partners with Direct Travel (a travel management company) to simplify and enhance the travel experience and identify the lowest cost airfare. All registrants will be provided travel instructions in their registration confirmation email. If you are the executive director/chief administrative officer (or designee), your airfare will be ticketed by Direct Travel and paid by FSMTB. If you are a board staff member, you may utilize the services of Direct Travel, but the cost of your airfare plus a $30 administrative fee, must be paid by you or your board/agency.
FSMTB makes hotel reservations for ALL attendees. Attendees must provide their arrival and departure dates on the registration form. The lodging costs for the executive director/chief administrator are covered by FSMTB. Lodging expenses for other board staff attendees are the responsibility of the board/agency (at the discounted group rate).
FSMTB will reimburse the actual cost of coach or economy class air, train, or automobile transportation to and from the meeting site and the traveler’s personal residence or principal place of business, whichever is lower in cost and/or the most efficient and reasonable mode of travel. Attendees should record expenses that were paid using your personal funds for which you request reimbursement. Please use the following forms to submit approved expenses for reimbursement.
