Resource Center
The FSMTB wants to ensure that consumers of massage and bodywork services have adequate knowledge about what they can expect from a massage and bodywork practitioner. Most importantly, FSMTB wants to ensure that the public is aware of the requirements for licensure for each state and that resources are available to check the license status of practitioners. Through your FSMTB Examination Account, you can apply for the MBLEx, check the status of your application, submit documentation needed to resolve application discrepancies, or submit a transfer request to send your MBLEx results to a state licensing board or agency.

 

To Create your Examination Account

  1. Start by selecting the “Create Exam Account” button below.
  2. Provide the necessary information on the registration page including selecting your password. Password must be at least 8 characters, contain at least 1 number, 1 special character, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 uppercase letter.
  3. After completing the form, click “Submit.”
  4. You’ll receive an automatic email to verify your account. You must complete this verification step before you can log in.
  5. Login using your username and password.

To Check the Status of your Application

    1. Login to your FSMTB Examination Account
    2. You can check the status of your application by looking at the dashboard of your FSMTB Examination Account. Here, you can find information about whether your education has been verified, if there are any issues with your application, or if you have been given authorization to take the exam.
