The FSMTB Annual Meeting, happening October 5-7, 2025, is more than just a gathering—it’s a 20th anniversary milestone celebration! This event will bring together massage therapy regulators, state board members, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss key regulatory issues, and strengthen connections.
In addition to educational sessions, a dynamic keynote speaker, and valuable networking opportunities, this year’s meeting will feature special anniversary celebrations to honor two decades of FSMTB’s dedication to public protection and professional excellence.

FSMTB Covers TWO MEMBERS at the 2025 Annual Meeting
In celebration of our 20th anniversary, the FSMTB Board of Directors is sponsoring TWO members from each state board or agency to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting. In addition to your voting delegate, you can select an additional person to serve as the alternate delegate and attend this event with all expenses paid (registration, meals, travel, lodging). Of course, all other members are always welcome to attend at a reduced registration rate.

FSMTB will reserve hotel accommodations for ALL ATTENDEES. Reservations will be based on the arrival and departure dates provided to FSMTB on the registration form.
Flight Arrangements
FSMTB partners with Direct Travel (a travel management company) to simplify and enhance the travel experience. Airfare for two members (Delegate and Alternate Delegate) from each state board or agency will be covered by FSMTB and ticketed through Direct Travel. All other attendees are welcome to use Direct Travel to book their flights for a $30 service fee, payable at the time of ticketing.
All registrants will be provided flight arrangements instructions in their registration confirmation email.
Nomination for Board of Directors or Nominating Committee
The FSMTB is actively seeking qualified candidates to serve on the FSMTB Board of Directors. There are two (2) board of directors positions for three-year terms, one (1) board of directors position for a two-year term, and three (3) Nominating Committee positions for one-year terms available for this 2025 election year.
