Apprenticeship programs are being considered as an alternative pathway to education and career entry across various lines of work, but does this model fit the unique needs of the massage therapy profession?
 
In this Hack-A-Thon-style session, participants will engage in rapid, collaborative problem-solving to explore perspectives and pitfalls of apprenticeships in massage therapy regulation. Together with colleagues, you’ll have the opportunity to brainstorm solutions, evaluate pros and cons, and develop actionable strategies to help address this evolving conversation in the profession.
