The Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards is an Active member of the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR), the premier international resource for professional regulation stakeholders.

There are three core areas of substantive inquiry that CLEAR supports through its annual conference and other venues: professional discipline; credentialing/ examination issues; and policy and administration.
